TODD TO PLAY LORD FARQUAAD IN SHREK THE MUSICAL!

Todd McKenney will take on the hilarious role of Lord Farquaad, the short-in-stature, ruthless ruler of Duloc in the upcoming lavish and fun multi-million dollar musical comedy SHREK THE MUSICAL. Todd will join our fairy-tale cast of Ben Mingay as Shrek, Lucy Durack as Princess Fiona and Marcia Hines as the Dragon in this wonderful Broadway hit musical. Todd will perform in the Sydney season of the musical, and the Melbourne performances currently on sale.

With its sensational dance scenes, killer soundtrack and tale of forbidden love, Dirty Dancing is one of the best-loved movies of all time. Now, Channel Seven is pleased to present an event series like no other, based on the most iconic film of the 80's.

THE REAL DIRTY DANCING gives eight Australian celebrities the unique opportunity to revisit the movie's most memorable moves and moments with a nostalgic journey of a lifetime.

They travel to the United States to the location where "Kellerman's Resort" was filmed in Virginia and will undergo an immersive Dirty Dancing experience.

As the cast revisit key locations and moments from that Dirty Dancing summer in 1963, they will learn the iconic dance routines from the film under the guidance of choreographers Todd McKenney and Kym Johnson.

All eight celebrities Hugh Sheridan, Anne Edmonds, Firass Dirani, Anna Heinrich, Jamie Durie, Jessica Rowe,Jude Bolton and Stephanie Rice, will take to the stage that night showcasing dance sequences from the film. The celebrity cast dancing dirty on the dancefloor, the log, in the lake and more.

Once these eight brave stars say yes to undress, there's no going back!

The girls are getting the girls out to raise awareness for breast cancer. Hosting The All New Monty: Ladies' Night is Home and Away star, Georgie Parker. Choreographer extraordinaire Todd McKenney will return to conjure the women's show stopping-routing, following his success in the men's version of The All New Monty.

Home and away star Lynne McGranger and Fashion Icon Nadia Bartel will be appearing on the show. Joining them will be award-winning singer Ella Hooper, yoga guru Simone Callahan, swimming legend Lisa Curry, Australian Idol winner Casey Donovan and TV Presenter Rachael Finch.

It's the performance of a lifetime that means the world to each of them and it's one you'll never forget.

NEW FULL MONTY CAST ANNOUNCED

Seven has revealed the next batch of male celebs who will bare all in its second Full Monty special.

They are The Bachelor's Matty J, ex-Blue Heelers & Gold Logie winner John Wood, NRL star George Burgess, children's entertainer and ex-Wiggle Sam Moran, dual-code rugby footballer Lote Tuqiri, The Footy Show's Brendan Fevola and former AFL champ Robert "Dipper" Dipierdomenico.

Shane Jacobson returns as host with Todd McKenney to choreograph, retitled as The All New Monty. Rehearsals are currently underway. After raising awareness for cancer awareness, the one-night-only event will again profile men's health issues.

A separate event Ladies Night includes talent such as Georgie Parker, Lynne McGranger, Simone Callahan, Lisa Curry & Casey Donovan.

They will air on Seven later this year.

Four personalities from The Real Full Monty are filming a new travel series for Seven, Mates on a Mission.

The series features Todd McKenney, Shane Jacobson, Kris Smith and Brian "B.T" Taylor on the road with insane challenges to raise awareness for charity causes including mental health, heart disease and bowel cancer.

An airdate is yet to be announced.
